Pre-Orders

Any item listed as Pre-Order has been secured, paid for and is in transit to Carry Them Close. Pre-Order times can vary, but the average is between 1-3 weeks. Times can vary so please email us to clarify if you are unsure.

Any Pre-order which is cancelled will incur a 15% surcharge.

As soon as your pre-order has been dispatched from Carry Them Close, you will receive an email with tracking number information. 

If you are concerned your Pre-Order is taking longer than expected feel free to email us for an update.

If you order a Pre-Order item with other items in stock your order will be shipped together once the Pre-order item arrives. If you wish the items to be shipped separately, please order them separately.
