Flat Rate and Free Shipping
Free for orders over $150 and $9.95 for orders under $150 (Australia Only).
Delivery times can vary depending on your location. Your order will be shipped via Australia Post (with tracking) and is generally 3-7 business days.
Express Courier Shipping (Not available to PO Box or NT addresses)
This is our fastest shipping method and orders generally arrive 1-3days with the majority of orders arriving within 2 business days. NSW and Victoria is generally overnight, other major centres are 1-2 business days.

Once again times can vary depending on your location and we cannot make a guaranty on the shipping time.
All orders will come with tracking information. The courier will leave your parcel at your front door if you are not home at the time of delivery. We do this to avoid re-delivery fees, which allows us to provide you with fast, cheap shipping. When you checkout please specify a safe place for your package to be left if you prefer it to be left elsewhere. If you do not wish it to be left, please choose our flat rate option.
Please note that we do not take responsibility for any 'missing' package that has been scanned as 'delivered' by the courier.
You may need your order fast! So we offer Express Post that you can select on checkout. When this method is selected we then send via Australian Express Post or Express Courier depending on which is the fastest to your loaction. Generally express post is overnight to 3 days Australia wide however this can vary. We will post your order the same or next business day, we do not provide refunds for orders that have not arrived the next day is is delayed for reasons out of our control. You will receive tracking information when your order has been shipped.
PO Box & Northern Territory Addresses
Orders will be shipping via Australian Post ONLY. Please up-grade to Australian Post Express if you would like an express service. Please note it is unlikely to be next day delivery to the NT.
Local Pick Up (Wagga Wagga)
We welcome local pick ups from our office/warehouse in Wagga Wagga. If you would like to pick up, please use the discount code: Local Pick Up on checkout and send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for address details. Pick up times will be between 9.30am and 12.30pm Monday to Friday.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details. Tracking information can occasionally take 24-48 hours to update. Once tracking information has been sent to you, you can no longer make changes to your order.
Redelivery of Items that have been held at the Post Office / Depot
Occasionally you may need to collect your package from the post office dept. This may happen if you live in a very remote area, or if the delivery company has attempted delivery but no-one was home. In this case a 'Collection Slip' will have been left to notify you that the item is available for pick up and details on how to pick up.
If the item is returned back to us because was not picked up. You will be notified by us that the package has been returned to us. In this case you will be provided an invoice to cover both the cost of the item re-directed back to us (as it was not picked up) and the cost of it to be re-shipped to you. If you decide to cancel the order, this charge will be deducted from your total order amount and a gift certificate for the remainder will be issues (see Returns Policy for details).
If you would like your order shipped to a business address please make sure you include the name of the business on checkout so that the item is delivered to the correct location.
We ship world wide, shipping rates have been added for most countries. If you are from a country that has not yet been added please let us know so we can update our site to include your country. All international shipping is shipped via Australia Post and include a tracking number which is sent to you on dispatch of your order. Please note we do not ship to USA or Canada at this stage.
Please note that Carry Them Close, cannot take any responsibility for any third party delivery services, including any damages or losses in transit. We also do not take responsibility for any local taxes when orders are shipped internationally.
